Book review:
In 1988, in Tokyo nuclear explosion occurred, the entire city of dreams. Thus began World War III.
After 30 years, after the war, the city has been restored and was named Neo Tokio, but life here is already quite flow in a different way. Unregulated dismantling gangs of bikers on the roads and zakaulkah city at night, demonstrate new ideological (even say religious) groups, maintaining internal fighting by the military. In one chase young biker Tetsuo falls into the accident because of the boy standing on the road. Now Tetsuo contain a hospital under strict supervision. Kaneda am sure that there is something wrong, and striking a friend to help, but during that they both learn a lot, and their future lives are becoming very different in nature ...
